TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings are confirmed when a payment is transferred via bank transfer to one one of the Creative Retreat Website’s payment options. 

Payment are non-refundable.

 

The full cost of the retreat booking is due one month prior to the retreat start date via bank transfer, if the full amount has not already been paid in full. For remaining payments an invoice will be sent via email.

 

Guests are advised to obtain full and comprehensive travel insurance to attend our creative retreats including, but not limited to, overseas medical expenses, trip cancellation and unforeseen events such as force majeure. We recommend that you bring a copy of your insurance policy with you to Morocco.

 

By making payment of a deposit or full payment for any program at Creative Retreat Morocco, you are accepting Creative Retreat Morocco's Terms and Conditions.

 

 

PAYMENT POLICY

 Payment must be received in full and must be made at least one month prior to the retreat commencement. 

If the retreat commencement date is less than one month, full payment is required to secure the booking. 

Failure to pay the full amount of the retreat cost within this time frame, could result in the deposit being forfeited and the place being resold.

 

The guest is responsible to pay for all extra services not included in the retreat package, including airfare, travel insurance, alcohol, and local shopping.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 If a guest wishes to cancel a booking it must be sent in writing by email with support documentation. We are able to hold places on future retreats at our discretion, within twelve months from original booking. If you would like to transfer your booking to another guest, we would be more than happy to do so with written consent.

 

We do not offer any credit for arriving late or departing early, missing activities or not utilising any part of the program. 

 

If unforced illness occurs we are unable to offer a refund but we are happy to transfer your booking to another retreat date within the next 12 months of the cancellation.

 

 If there are changes to the retreat scheduled dates for any reason, excluding force majeure, you may transfer your full payment to another retreat date within 12 month period, pending availability. Any expenses incurred in preparation of the cancelled retreat, i.e. airplane tickets, illness, loss of work will not be reimbursed etc.

 

Creative retreats Morocco will not be liable for cancellation, failure of, or delay in performing it’s obligations under this agreement due to force majeure events (Earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, volcanic activity or other natural disasters, or in the case of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo or epidemic) or in if certain conditions present unacceptable danger to the participant.

The customer agrees that he/she may be photographed and/or filmed during his/her stay and/or activities in connection with the company, and also agrees to recordings for promotion and/or advertising purposes without any prior consent.
